Hypnosis is one of the powerful strategies I employ to help clients make lasting changes in their life. It allows me to talk to the part of you that is ready for change; by-passing the part of you that is resistant to change.

Put very simply, hypnosis uses the unconscious mind to form new neurological pathways, that your conscious mind may have overlooked. It is the thinking beyond thinking, that targets ingrained unhelpful habits; replacing them with functional patterns which promote happiness.

Hypnosis can be utilised as part of the therapeutic process, to work on any individual and relationship issues.
